More Than Survivors is one of the largest Ark: Survival Evolved unofficial communities spreading across multiple modern platforms. A community of our scale has a very large and expensive infrastructure where it relies on the people playing to support it financially.
Our setup consists of powerful dedicated servers that provide the smooth, reliable, and lag-free experience which we hope you all appreciate as it is rare to see with large Ark Servers. These machines are very pricey, along with the tools, software, and licenses we need to sustain the community.
We offer multiple optional Contributor Packages to all our players, this helps us cover our monthly expenses and keeps MTS alive and growing. While rewarding our supportive players. These store items come with some in-game & discord perks

Terms of Service
Store Orders for MTSArk are payments for virtual perks and/or items. All items are virtual and have no value. The transaction is final and no refunds will be given.
If you are banned for breaking the rules on MTS, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins. Store items lost in PvP or other natural events in-game will not be replaced. However, items that are proven to be lost in glitches, crashes, corruption, or other unpreventable situations may be replaced at the admin team's discretion.
Please acknowledge that MTS clusters are subject to wipe at any time and your timed store purchase will not freeze or be extended between off-season(s) and will continue to run as normal.
PC Steam Specific
When purchasing whitelists or memberships. Please acknowledge that the whitelists will only be applied to the maps present in our clusters at the time of purchase. This means if a map releases after your purchase your whitelist will not be automatically enabled for that map.
All kit uses including donator kits will be reset on the 1st of each month.
Playstation Console Specific
All console orders are processed manually and require the creation of a Delivery Request ticket @ mtsark.co.uk/support after purchase. Failure to do so will result in extreme delays in you receiving your items.
MTS Staff will only deliver your items to our Delivery Server, instructions on how to retrieve your items will be found in your reply to your Delivery Request.
User(s) are responsible for the handle and care of their store items when using our Delivery Server. Any unfair loss of items on our Delivery Server after delivery must be recorded to be eligible for compensation.
All Dinos included in Journeyman, Mastercraft & Ascendant Bundles will be random genders with random stats. MTS will not re-roll genders or stats for players and they will receive whatever is originally given.

MTSArk has a strict NO REFUND policy on all delivered items, as all our items are digital they can be traced.
Any unscheduled payment chargebacks not discussed with MTS Board will result in a permanent ban from MTSArk. If you feel you are entitled to a refund - you must open a Store Issue's ticket at https://www.mtsark.co.uk/support.
